3.11.22 Speeding Keystone HWY 6

At 1:10 min into the video you see a light brown or gray Toyota 4 Runner enter the picture in the passing lane. The vehicle has some damage to the front passenger side quarter panel. Best guess is they appear to be going 65-70 mph in a 45 mph speed limit zone. Be on the look out for this vehicle & driver & report them to the authorities.
